Reimburse Expenses

  1. Select Expenses & Requests from the menu bar
  2. Click Expense Requests from the tab
  3. Select Accounting and Fund
  4. Click on the expense request to reimburse
  5. Click on Release Fund 
  6. Fill in the relevant information under the Fund Release information and the Source of Funds sections
  • You can edit the retirement deadline 
  • Select a bank account and fill in the credit box
  1. Click Release Fund
