Company Staff
You can add staff to a client company while initially creating the client, or at a later time after creating the company’s profile.
To add staff while creating the client company profile for the first time:
- Select Clients from the menu bar
- Click on Add clients
- Toggle to Company to create
- Fill out all relevant fields
- Expand the Contact Information (Company Staff) section by clicking on the arrow
- Fill in the relevant information
- You can set the staff as the primary contact by checking the box at the top
- Add another staff contact by clicking Add another contact to this company and remove staff contact by clicking Remove Staff
- Click on Save Client or Save & Run Conflict Check
To add staff to an existing client company:
- Select Clients from the menu bar
- Click on the client to be edited
- Click Edit Client from the top right
- Expand the Contact Information (Company Staff) section by clicking on the arrow
- Update the relevant information
- You can set the staff as the primary contact by checking the box at the top
- Add another staff contact by clicking Add another contact to this company and remove staff contact by clicking Remove Staff
- Click Save
