  1. Click on Settings on the menu bar.
  2. Select Plans & Subscriptions 
  3. Click Change Subscription 
  1. Select the billing frequency of your choice by toggling between monthly and annual 
  1. Select the plan you want to upgrade or downgrade to.
  2. Fill in the relevant information and click Confirm
  • Select your payment method
  • Fill in your coupon code if you have one
  • Fill in the number of users
  1. Fill in the relevant information on the popup to make your payment
